Partner: MD, MRCGP, FP Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma in Gynaecology, GPwER (GP with extened role) in Gynaecology, Specialist Doctor in Dermatology and GPwER in Minor Surgery.  As well as providing general medical services, Dr Braun has a particular interest in minor surgery & sexual health including testing and treatment for a wide range of sexually transmitted diseases for registered and also non-registered patients as well as the full range of family planning services including coils and implants. She also works at the local hospital in Gynaecology and Dermatology/Minor surgery. She is also a Colposcopist at the hospital.

Partner: MBChB MRCGP, DFSRH, PGCME. Dr Khan is  a GP partner who provides GMS services . She has recently qualified as a trainer and has a keen interest in medical education. She is the lead for the Foundation year trainees at the practice aswell. She delivers womens health services as well as her routine surgeries.

Partner: MBChB, MRCS, MRCGP, DFSRH, DROCG. Dr Qureshi Provides usual GP services as well as contraceptive & sexual health services & minor surgery.  She is also an education lead within the practice involved in the training of undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.  Previously she has held national roles as lead clinician for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).  

Dr Mohammad Usman (M)

GP registrars are fully qualified registered doctors.  This means they have passed medical school and completed their two years of pre-registration in hospital and are now fully registered doctors on the GMC list.

They are currently on a 3 year GP registration course, this involves further hospital medical training in specialities which can include paediatrics, dermatology, respiratory and general medicine etc. and an attachment to a practice under a supervising qualified GP.  All GPs must undergo this training before they can become fully qualified GPs in their own right.

FY2 doctors are in their second year of their Foundation programme following qualification as a doctor. 

The foundation programme is aimed at giving junior doctors a wide experience of working in a variety of clinical settings at an early stage of their medical careers. 

Not all FY2 doctors will go on to pursue a career in general practice.

A physician associate is a dependent health care professional who has been medically trained and works under the supervision of a doctor.  PAs obtain medical histories, conduct comprehensive physical exams, request and interpret tests, diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, counsel on preventive health care and refer patients to secondary care.

Sharon is our Nurse lead within the Practice and has been a Practice Nurse for 15 years.  She manages patients with long-term conditions, is a registered smear taker and provides support with all other nursing duties.

Sumaira is an experienced nurse with a wide background in nursing. She also provides mentoring for student and postgraduate nurse training within our practice.
