• By dropping in your repeat prescription tick list - simply tear off the right side of your prescription which lists your available repeat medications, tick the ones you wish to request and drop it in at either of our surgeries.
• By post - you can also apply by posting your request (if you have the list of your repeat medication from your previous prescription merely tick the medications you require and enclose it with a SAE) Pick up your medicine direct from the chemist.

When ordering a prescription via any method you can request to pick up your medication direct from the chemist of your choice which will be added to your medical record. 

Please note that this service is for routine scripts only and requires 48 hours notice. Please inform the reception staff of your pharmacy of choice.
