Travel service - We offer a travel service - please ensure you contact us with plenty of notice ( at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel to enable us to plan your vaccination/medication requirements).Please note this is not an NHS service and so any vaccinations or medications required will incur a charge. Carers - you are entitled to a health check / review with your GP or Nurse. Please make an appointment at the surgery

Friends & Family test - this is a simple test of our service and provides us with useful feedback as to how we are doing. We would be most grateful if you would complete this short set of questions if you have used our service. Cards are available from reception or your GP/Nurse.

Please note the surgery will be closed from 12.00 at Allerton Health Centre and from 1pm at Girlington Road Health Centre on Wednesday 25th October 2017. We will re-open at 8am on Thursday 26th October at 8am.  If you require a GP please call the practice on Tel:01274 484111 and your call will be diverted to the on call doctor.  

Drop in Flu clinic Saturday 30th September at Allerton & Girlington Health Centres between 9am - 11am.

1 5 2015 We are delighted to announce that Dr. Adeela Khan has joined the practice as a partner as of 1st May 2015.

06/07 We are delighted to announce that Dr Gabriela Braun ( MD, MRCGP, FP Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma in Gynaecology, GPwSI in Gynaecology) will be joining our team later this year. She is an experienced GP with particular interest in sexual health and minor surgery and will enable us to deliver an even broader range of services includingtesting and treatment for a wide range of sexually transmitted diseases for registered and also non-registered patients as well as the full range of family planning services including coils and implants

- We are delighted to announce that our new £2m surgery on Girlington Road is now completed. We opened on Monday 29th October 2012. The new address is 195 Girlington Road and is about 100 yards down the hilP1020019.JPGl from our current surgery. Please note that services at our Allerton site will not be affected. A formal opening event will be announced shortly. The practice is most grateful to all parties involved in finally delivering great facilities for our patients and staff.


 

25/05 On-line appointments have gone live today

20/05 New surgery gets the go-ahead - we are delighted to be able to announce that after 8 years we have finally secured a new surgery for our patients to be delivered in partnership with Apollo and Bradford & Airedale PCT. It will be sited very close to the existing premises and there the similarities will end. Offering modern design and facilities this building will enable us to deliver cutting edge healthcare services to our patients. We will be publishing further information as it becomes available. Plans and further details will be displayed at both our sites in the coming weeks.

Dr Lloret moves on to pastures new - we extend our best wishes to Patty as she takes up a GP partnership. She has worked with us for the past 10 years as a salaried GP. We will miss her.

Dr Gill Riley retires - after many years working in General Practice, Gill has decided to retire and pursue her interests. We are all sorry to see her go and wish her the very best in her retirement.
